Great car service with infant car seat options. We booked them for a trip from Cape Cod to Providance station and were very happy with the service. They arrived ahead of time, set up the car seat and the driver was super pleasant and informative along the journey. Recommend

Elite Car Service provides an excellent customer service. I had used the transportation service twice to take me to the airport and both times they were punctual, have a very comfortable car, and pleasant staff. One of this trips, I call the business at 9pm because I need to find transportation to take to the airport at 4am. The owner Dennis Shea made sure to find me a driver that night so I would not lose an interview in Texas next day. (I live on Cape Cod, MA) You can trust Elite Car Services for your trips. They are great!

Our trip was a delightful experience. The driver was an excellent conversationist and provided a very comfortable ride to Logan airport. His love of dogs enhanced our own dogs trip including a short rest stop for the dog. He arrived at our home in Eastham on time and we were at the airport with a comfortable amount of time before the flight. We look forward to our next opportunity to use Elite car service.

We had a great experience with Elite Car Service. Our driver was at the airport to pick us up and took us to the Hyannis Port Cruise Terminal without any problems. The Suburban was newer and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Elite, was great to work with. The team was very prompt and polite with my inquiry and confirming our trip from Hyannis to Logan Airport. Our driver met us upon exiting the Nantucket ferry, and promptly took care of our luggage, offered us bottled waters, and made sure we were settled in, before driving us back safely to BOS/Logan Airport. Given we were in the height of COVID-19, our driver was very respectful of our space, and we all kept our masks on for the duration of the trip. I’d highly recommend Elite for any transportation needs while on the Cape.

Needed a last minute trip to Boston for my mom. Called them at 9pm the night before and received a call back. They were able to get a driver for the morning. His name is Jonathan and my mom said he was extremely personable, friendly and made the ride go by quickly. Thank you again, Elite!

In a spacious sedan, the owner went above and beyond by shipping the expensive wireless ear buds that I left behind back to me in Chicago at no charge! Great customer service, highly recommend.

They tracked my flight and they were there waiting for me even though my flight arrived almost an hour early. They were texting me on my arrival to explain where to meet them. The car was sanitized. The driver, Ken, was masked and friendly. I arrived in Provincetown hours before my flight would have left Boston. I highly recommend this service.

The driver was very professional and kind. The car was clean, and he offered us free water and mints. Definitely worth the price, so much better and safer than an uber! I’d recommend this car service to anyone.
